478 Reset does not require an account or ask for your name, email address, or location to use the app.
On iPhone: With your permission, 478 Reset can save mindfulness sessions, including their duration and timestamps, to Apple Health. It also reads mindful-session records from Apple Health to show your history and progress in Track.
On Apple Watch: With your permission, 478 Reset reads heart-rate samples during breathing sessions to display your minimum and maximum heart rate. It can also save mindfulness sessions to Apple Health and read mindful-session records for session summaries and progress.
Benefit ratings: On iOS 18 or later and watchOS 11 or later, with the relevant Apple Health permissions, the app can save your post-session better/same/worse response as a State of Mind record in Apple Health. It can read those records to show your previous responses. You can use the breathing app without granting Apple Health access.
Apple Health records and heart-rate readings are not uploaded to TelemetryDeck or a developer server. The app does send session duration and Health availability or permission status as usage analytics, as described below.
To change Health access on iPhone, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → 478 Reset. On Apple Watch, go to Apple Watch Settings → Health → Apps → 478 Reset.
478 Reset uses TelemetryDeck to understand how the app is used, diagnose errors, and improve its features. The iPhone and Apple Watch apps send event records to TelemetryDeck when you use the app. These records are not only aggregate totals. Analytics are disabled in the Simulator.

firstDownloadDate field are not sent.TelemetryDeck processes its identifier to reduce identifiability. This does not mean every event field is hashed or that the developer receives only aggregate statistics.
478 Reset offers a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. The developer does not receive your payment-card information or Apple ID. Premium unlock status and transaction identifiers are stored on your device. Purchase and restore events, product identifier, premium status, and session count are also sent to TelemetryDeck as described above.

Some related counts, durations, preference states, and premium status are also sent as TelemetryDeck event fields, as described under Usage analytics. Complete local records and settings are not uploaded as a backup to a developer server.
478 Reset does not sell, rent, or trade your data. Apple processes in-app purchases and optional Apple Health data. TelemetryDeck receives the usage analytics described above. There are no advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners involved.
478 Reset does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app contains no advertising and no user accounts. The analytics collected via TelemetryDeck do not include age information.
Data on your device: Deleting 478 Reset generally removes its local app storage on that device. Some information held in the device Keychain—including session counts, premium status, and purchase transaction identifiers—may remain after uninstall and be restored if you reinstall. The app does not currently provide a control to erase those retained Keychain entries. The developer cannot remotely erase data held only on your device.
Apple Health: Revoking the app’s Health permission stops future access; it does not delete existing Mindful Minutes or State of Mind records. To remove records, delete them separately in the Apple Health app. See Apple’s instructions for managing and deleting Health data. If you sync Apple Health with iCloud, Apple’s Health settings govern those copies.
TelemetryDeck: Deleting the app does not delete events already sent to TelemetryDeck. TelemetryDeck says it currently has no fixed deletion schedule for stored analytics events. Its identifiers are processed to reduce identifiability, so an individual event may not be traceable to a named person. Contact 478reset@gmail.com to ask about information we can identify or delete and to exercise any applicable privacy rights. We will assess requests against the data actually held and the options available from TelemetryDeck.
If this policy changes materially, the effective date at the top will be updated. For significant changes, a notice may be included in the App Store update notes.
